Diana, Office Manager

Diana has over 14 years of managerial, accounting, and customer service experience. She is new to the veterinary field, but is learning rapidly the profession. Diana joined our clinic in December 2006. She recently had a baby last year, and her new baby along with her 3 other children keep her very busy.

Abby, Receptionist

Abby has over 6 years of veterinary customer service experience. She is very knowledgeable and is eager to answer any questions you may have. Besides her full time job at the clinic, she is busy with her brand new baby boy. Abby has a Siamese cat named Wally.

Norma, Receptionist

Norma has been with us for over 1 ½ years. She has quickly learned the veterinary field and will answer any Chihuahua question with expertise. Norma has several Chihuahuas and recently adopted an abandoned stray Chihuahua. One of her hobbies is sewing flamboyant, creative costumes for her Chihuahuas. Her daughter and her favorite Chihuahua--Angelina is a favorite contestant in our costume contests.

Alanna, Technician / Inventory

Alanna will be continuing her studies @ Palo Alto College in the Veterinary Technology Program and will be graduating in the Spring '09. She has been a valuable asset to us for 2 years. Alanna has a new Yorkie puppy and a Lhasa Apso named Dixie.

Jessica, RVT

Jessica has just completed her board exams and is now a registered veterinary technician. Congratulations, Jessica ! She is our full time technician and is always happy to assist our clients and their pets. Jessica has 2 pugs and 2 cats.

Steve, Technician Assistant / Kennel Technician

Steve was a structural engineer for over 15 years before making a career change to veterinary medicine. He hopes to one day follow his life long dream of becoming a veterinarian.
